Brokers and aggregators.
A broker's job is to get a good deal approved, and the file that sinks it is the one where the lender finds what the broker didn't.
What Luminnovate does today
The underwriting engine reads a broker's package the way a credit officer would, finds true revenue, serviceability, concentration, undisclosed facilities and identity gaps, and returns the questions a lender will ask before the file is submitted.
Brokers have no environment for our engine to run in, and we do not host applicants' data ourselves, so this is delivered through broker platforms and aggregators. We are looking for a platform partner to bring it to brokers.
